Dabei ist das Ziel der Versicherung immer, so wenig wie m\u00f6glich an den Gesch\u00e4digten auszuzahlen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So ber\u00fchrt das Verkehrsrecht mehrere Rechtsbereiche: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Verkehrsrecht (Unfallhergang, Haftungsanspr\u00fcche und Verkehrsverst\u00f6\u00dfe),<\/li><li>Vertragsrecht (Leasing, Mietwagen, Werkstatt, Gutachter, etc.),<\/li><li>Sozialversicherungsrecht (Krankengeld, Verdienstausfall, etc.),<\/li><li>Arbeitsrecht (Wegeunf\u00e4lle, innerbetriebliche Unf\u00e4lle, etc.),<\/li><li>Versicherungsrecht (Haftpflicht, Kasko, etc.).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Grenzen sind dabei flie\u00dfend. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein Verbraucher kann aber aus meiner Sicht nicht vern\u00fcnftig absch\u00e4tzen, welche Anspr\u00fcche ihm zustehen. Verkehrsunf\u00e4lle sind daher enorm komplex und bed\u00fcrfen intensiver Betreuung.
